WELCOME TO PILATES WITH TARYN
Hi I'm Taryn, I teach Pilates for the benefit of 18 to 80 year olds, there are no age restrictions or limits according to ability. Everyone can benefit from Pilates as exercises are tailored to an individual's needs and abilities. Anyone wanting to improve their posture or flexibility will enjoy the benefits of Pilates, as will anyone wanting to change the contours of their body and strengthen their muscles.
I teach both mat work and equipment work, one on one or in small groups.
My Studio is modern, bright and airy and is fully equipped with a state of the art Balanced Body Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Combo Chair.
